La proposta della FIR CISL resta quella di spostare l’asse di osservazione dal lato del lavoratore che ambisce ad una postazione di telelavoro.
Mettere in condizione i dipendenti di svolgere in modo proficuo la propria attività rappresenta una risorsa ineludibile per l’Istituto.
